Products

We do our best to present products accurately. However, slight differences in color, texture, dimensions, or finish may occur depending on screens and product batches. Mystery products are selected at random and duplicates are possible.

Squishies and sensory items sold on this site are not edible. They must be used in accordance with any warnings and recommendations applicable to the product.

Prices and Orders

Prices are shown in Canadian dollars unless otherwise stated. Prices, availability, and promotions may change without notice. An order may be cancelled or refunded if a product becomes unavailable, a pricing error occurs, or a transaction presents a fraud risk.

Order Fulfillment

Some products may be shipped directly by third-party distribution partners. An order may therefore be delivered in multiple packages and originate from different shipping centers.

Intellectual Property

Original Mellow Club content, including the name, text, and branding elements, may not be reproduced or used without authorization where protected by law.

Liability

To the extent permitted by law, Mellow Club is not responsible for delays outside its reasonable control, including delays caused by carriers, customs, or external events.

These terms are subject to applicable laws in Quebec and Canada when they apply to the transaction.
