Returns & Refunds

You may request a return within 14 days of receiving your order. To be eligible, the item must be unused, in the same condition as received, and, when possible, in its original packaging.

Before returning a product, contact us at support@mellowclubshop.com to receive return instructions. Returns sent without prior authorization may not be accepted.

Damaged or Incorrect Product

If your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, contact us within 48 hours of delivery with your order number and clear photos of the product and packaging. After review, we may offer a replacement, store credit, or refund depending on the situation.

Return Shipping Costs

Unless the issue is our error or the product is defective, return shipping costs are the customer's responsibility. Paid shipping upgrades, when applicable, are generally non-refundable.

Refunds

Once the return is received and approved, the refund is issued to the original payment method. The time it takes to appear depends on the financial institution.
