Frequently Asked Questions

How long does delivery take?

Order processing generally takes 1 to 3 business days. Delivery then usually takes 7 to 20 business days, depending on the product, destination, and carrier.

Is standard shipping free?

Yes. Standard shipping within our current delivery zone is free. Express shipping may also be available at checkout for an additional fee.

Will I receive a tracking number?

When tracking is available, it is added to your order and sent by email.

Why can several items arrive separately?

Some products may be shipped by different partners. An order containing several items may therefore arrive in multiple packages.

Can I change or cancel my order?

Contact us as quickly as possible at support@mellowclubshop.com. We will try to make the change before the order is processed, but we cannot guarantee changes once shipping has started.

What should I do if my item arrives damaged or incorrect?

Contact us within 48 hours of delivery with your order number and clear photos of the product and packaging. We will review the situation and offer an appropriate solution.

Are the squishies edible?

No. Products sold by Mellow Club are not food and must never be ingested.

Will the product be exactly identical to the photo?

Small differences in color, finish, or details may occur between batches. Mystery items are random and duplicates are possible.
